PLAN / DRAWINGS

Plans from a designer or architect are needed for us to effectively budget your purpose project. As a design build company, we are able to work with you throughout the drafting process.
ESTIMATE

Once plans are complete, we will work in a timely manner to outline a scope of work including estimated costs of your purposed project.
DECISION

You will determine weather the quote meets your desired budget or not.
CONTRACT AND DEPOSIT

With your decision to proceed, we will formalize and sign the contract and obtain a deposit cheque.
PERMITS
